Availability & Booking
Our rental season runs from 1st April - 31st October.
For rentals out of this period, or if you'd like to rent one of our vans for a special day (wedding or anniversary?) or an extended period, please contact us for more information and a quote.
Due to high demand, we're now taking bookings for 2013. Contact us for a promotion code to receive a 10% early bird discount.
During our peak season (June, July and August) we offer 6-night rentals only*, leaving on or after midday on Saturday and returning before 4pm on the following Friday.
During off-peak months April, May, September & October our rental periods are Long Weekend* (Friday-Monday), Mid-Week* (Monday to Friday), or Week-Long*(Monday-Monday or Friday-Friday). Pick-up is between 3-6pm on the day of departure and drop-off before 10.30am on your final day (unless otherwise arranged).
*Sally can be booked anytime for a minimum of 3 nights throughout the seasons.
Please note: Our vehicles are lovingly maintained by Solway Beetles, which has over 23 years of expertise of air-cooled Volkswagen engines and Type 2 campervans in particular. However, despite this, Heidi, Bluebell and Sally are almost 40 years old and will very occasionally break down. As such we strongly suggest that you arrange holiday insurance to provide cover in the event that your holiday is cut short or cancelled at short notice.
