If this was a deposit payment, you will be sent an email reminder two weeks (four weeks from 2022) before your rental requesting payment of the balance with a link to pay. If this was a full balance payment, or when you pay your balance, you will receive an e-mail from us which includes information such as what to bring, how to get here, local services including campsites nearby, etc.
IT IS VITAL that you add our e-mail address info@classic-camper-holidays.co.uk to your address book so that these e-mails don’t get sent into your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders. This has happened on occasion and customers have missed out on important correspondence from us. Your email address will not be added to a mailing list or shared with any 3rd parties. Also please ensure your drivers licence is registered to your current address…..DO THIS NOW please.
